Leslie A. Starritt
Leslie A. Starritt joined the firm in 2020 bringing seven years of estate planning, elder law, and Medicaid planning experience to the firm. As a Tennessee native, Leslie attended the University of Tennessee College of Law near her hometown of Maryville, TN. After her first year of practicing law, she relocated to London, England and later to Gloucester, Massachusetts where she lived and practiced law for seven years. Leslie has extensive experience in developing estate plans that look at the entire family and ensure that no stone goes unturned.
As part of her practice, Leslie cultivated the patience and skills necessary to help people transition from independent living to nursing homes and assisted living centers. This includes an ability to preserve assets and apply for long-term disability coverage through Medicaid in a streamlined and efficient manner. Leslie's personal experience with caring for loved ones and seeing the fall-out of poorly planned estates, gives her a perspective that allows her to anticipate problems and shore up plans. A well-planned estate is a gift to the next generation.
